No claims bonus deadline extended
Biba welcomes CMA decision to extend deadline for protected no claims bonus information to August 2016.
The British Insurance Brokers Association (Biba) has welcomed the decision by the Competition and Markets Authority to extend the deadline to provide clearer information on no claims bonuses to August 2016.
Biba had consistently argued, along with sector associates, that the original deadline of September this year was unachievable and could lead to distortion of competition, providers being locked out of the market and customers losing the benefit of protection.
