New Gallagher CEO sets out his early plans to take away frustrations at the business.
Grahame Chilton has responded to market questions about just how much retail experience he has following his recent appointment as CEO of Arthur J Gallagher's UK-based international brokerage division.
Stating that he had an "enormous" amount of retail experience he described comments to the contrary as "unfair".
He started in insurance as a retail broker at CT Bowring which was eventually bought by Marsh. And having set up reinsurance firm Benfield he also gained more retail experience after it
