CMA investigating Willis acquisition of Miller
The body will consider written submissions about the proposed deal.
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has begun investigating Willis Group's proposed acquisition of Miller Insurance Services.
The CMA will primarily be considering whether any such deal would lead to a lessening of competition within any markets.
It will consider any written representations about competition or the public interest until the closing date for submissions on 5 March.
Willis and Miller confirmed the plans for the takeover in January this year as they look to create a London
