Premium Credit to digitise business for customers
Firm is moving away from phone and paper and says new owner, Cinven, is supporting plans.
Premium Credit has told Insurance Age that it is investing heavily in digitising the business and its new owners, Cinven, are backing the company's plans.
The company works with individuals and businesses via brokers and helps them pay premiums by instalments over 12 months and claims to serve two million personal clients, 250,000 small- and medium-sized businesses and lends £3.5bn a year.
