Alan & Thomas buys Bennetts Commercial
Broker buys fellow Brokerbility member, Basingstoke-based Bennetts Commercial as it seeks to grow in south west.
Alan & Thomas Insurance Group has made their first acquisition of 2015 by buying fellow Brokerbility broker Bennetts Commercial in Basingstoke for an undisclosed amount.
Alan & Thomas confirmed that Bennetts will continue to trade under its own name initially and that its existing team will all be retained and led by director Carole Lowe, who has been with the Basingstoke broker for five years.
