Biba launches young broker steering group

Apprentices at QA's e-Skills boot camp

The group will provide guidance and resources to younger members of the trade body.

The British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has launched a young broker steering group with the aim of nurturing the leaders of tomorrow by providing guidance and resources to young brokers.

The trade body stated it is trying to tackle the issue of succession within the industry and the group will be chaired by James Nattrass, an account broker at Bluefin.
