Ageas Retail secures £150m loan facility

Broker said money is needed to help it achieve growth strategy.

Ageas Retail has secured a £150m syndicated revolving loan facility arranged and lead by RBS Invoice Finance.

The broker said a finance partner was needed to help it achieve an ambitious three-year growth and simplification strategy.

Nick Lemans, finance director of Ageas Retail, explained: "This is quite a landmark deal for Ageas Retail and one which required a complex financial solution in place to allow us, as a business, to merge our IT systems and streamline multiple entities into one
