Paul Chase-Gardener to retire from Brightside Group

Co-founder and former finance director decides to hand over baton.

Brightside Group said it wishes Paul Chase-Gardener well after announcing his retirement.

The broker said Chase-Gardener, a co-founder and former finance director of the firm, played an important role in growing the company to its current stage and held numerous executive positions.

He was originally chairman of Group Direct Ltd which was subject to a reverse takeover by Brightside in 2008.
