Axa leads Brokerbility satisfaction survey

Network survey sees Axa hit 84.17% with RSA hot on its heels with 80.41% in terms of broker satisfaction.

Axa came top in Brokerbility's satisfaction survey of its insurer partners with a score of 84.41%.

RSA was rated second in terms of overall satisfaction at 80.41% but NIG got the lowest overall satisfaction rating achieving 74.11%.

The research involved Brokerbility's seven key insurer partners who are AXA, Allianz, AVIVA, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich. Each Brokerbility member gave feedback on each insurer using a one to ten rating.
