Zurich creates personal lines director role

Nichola Thomson appointed to newly created position.

Zurich has appointed Nichola Thomson to the new position of director of personal lines broker.

She will take up her new role within the UK personal lines division in October and moves over from Zurich's UKGI commercial broker division where she was operations director.

Thomson has been with the insurer for 20 years, holding a variety of roles covering sales, distribution, marketing, strategy and operations.
