FCA gives formal closure notice to EPLS
EPLS Risk Solutions Ltd deemed unfit to practice as it fails to submit RMAR.
The Financial Conduct Authority has handed EPLS Risk Solutions a decision notice stating it is not "fit and proper" to be involved in regulated activities.
The closure notice comes as the company failed to submit their Retail Mediation Activities Return (RMAR) due in April.
EPLS, formerly Glen Insurance Consultants, was registered in London. The commercial and personal lines insurance broker has since ceased trading under this name.
