Updates for Applied self-service software

New features aim to enhance service capability for brokers.

Applied Systems has updated its self-service software Applied CSR24, which it launched in July this year.

The developed 2014 version is now available to the market and Applied said the software, which offers online insurance customer support, has been modified to try and improve user satisfaction.

The CSR24 platform provides a 24 hour online access service so customers can access insurance information through a secure client webpage.
