Hiscox buys specialist broking business Event Assured
All staff will remain in the business.
Hiscox has acquired Event Assured from Applewell Ltd.
The business will continue to operate under the Event Assured brand, and its existing team of four will stay with the firm.
Founder and managing director Brian Kirsch will also remain with the company in a consultancy role.
