Saffron enters mobile catering market with MovingFood brand
Broker plans to launch further niche online products
Spotlight Insurance Services, an appointed representative of Saffron Insurance Services, has launched MovingFood, a new brand for the mobile catering sector.
The brand will target street food vendors, catering vans/trailers and event companies, and will work with both start ups and existing businesses.
David Beswick, director of Spotlight, said: “Insurance broking needs a shake up; regulation makes products hard for any customer to understand.”
