Hale Kavanagh pays compensation to Gallagher
Brokers end “contract breaches” dispute with undisclosed compensation agreement.
Arthur J Gallagher Insurance Brokers and Hale Kavanagh Insurance Brokers (HKIB) have reached agreement over claims brought by Gallagher against HKIB and a number of former Giles Insurance Brokers employees.
The settlement includes the payment by HKIB of an undisclosed sum by way of compensation.
The contract breach claims centred around Paul Dempsey who left his position as regional managing director of Giles in August 2012 and joined HKIB in February 2013 and five other Giles employees who
