ABI responds to Which campaign


The Association of British Insurers (ABI) said the insurance sector is already transparent following the launch of a campaign, by consumer publisher Which, to "Stop Sneaky Fees and Charges on financial products".

The campaign launched as Which revealed that motor insurance customers have faced insurance administration fee increases of up to 200% over the last three years. Cancellation fees, on average, have gone up by 19% and adjustment fees can be as much as £35.

The campaign called for three
