Lark buys Insurance Risk Solutions

Lark Group acquisition set to take yearly revenue to over £26m.

Lark Group has purchased Insurance Risk Solutions (IRS) for an undisclosed sum.

IRS, an independent commercial insurance broking and risk management group, has been in operation since the 1970's, based in Bury St. Edmunds, and employs 25 people.

Following the acquisition Lark estimated that it will have annual revenues of over £26 million and employ 325 staff in seven offices across London, the South East and East Anglia.
