Lyn Carslake has left his role as deputy CEO at the MGA.

Lyn Carslake has left Arista, Insurance Age can reveal.

He helped launch the managing general agent (MGA) in 2006, alongside Charles Earle, and served as deputy chief executive officer until recently.

His role was made redundant after Arista was purchased by Towergate in April 2014.

At the time of the purchase, Towergate Underwriting CEO Clive Nathan stated that all the MGA’s staff would be moving across as part of the deal.

Before establishing Arista, Carslake worked at NIG and at Windsor.
