County buys Safe and Sound Insurance Centre
Broker makes purchase in West Yorkshire.
County Insurance has bought Heckmondwike-based commercial insurance broker Safe and Sound Insurance Centre.
Ian Day, the current managing director of Safe and Sound, will remain with the business for 12 months to assist in the handover as will Lynne Day.
Current director Stuart Ritchie will take up the position of branch director.
County confirmed that all other staff will remain with the business which was set up in 1991 and boasts £1.5m in annual premiums.
