Aviva best for broker service, survey says
Provider voted top in nine out of ten categories.
Aviva has gained the top spot for service to brokers, according to Datamonitor Financial’s commercial broker survey.
A total of 250 brokers were asked which insurers provided the best service across ten categories including: electronic trading capacity; extranet sites; product material and partnering on new schemes.
Brokers were also asked for their thoughts around LinkedIn; service provided by the insurer's relationship managers; providing compliance and regulatory support; online support
