Ace enhances D&O offering
Updated Coda Premier policy available in UK through ACE Bermuda International.
Ace has relaunched its Coda Premier directors and officers liability policy for executives and board members of UK and European companies.
The policy is available in the UK through Ace Bermuda International's professional lines division. The provider listed that the enhancements had been made to match changing exposures for an evolving business and regulatory environment.
New features include two free reinstatements of the limits and a free six year insolvency reporting period.
