ULR Additions acquired by claims management investment group

Legal expenses provider says deal will allow it to remain a market leader.

ULR Additions has been acquired by investment company 116 Cardamon Limited.

According to ULR, the new ownership brings experience, better financial resources and synergies to the business, “with the objective of helping the management team realise their business plan aims and ambitions”.

The deal brings Chorley-based 116 Cardamom’s turnover to more than £60m.
