New schemes follows successful pilot programme.
Xuber, Xchanging's insurance software business, has expanded its pilot traineeship scheme and opened for applications from school leavers and graduates.
The scheme was designed to support young people as they develop technical skills and put them on the fast-track to a career in technology.
