Brokerbility survey reveals improved insurer performance

Axa tops network’s poll of members.

Axa has topped Brokerbility's twice-yearly survey of members on insurer satisfaction.

The research rated insurer performance when dealing with claims, underwriting, accounts and overall satisfaction.

Members gave feedback on Axa, Allianz, Aviva, AIG, NIG, RSA and Zurich using a rating of 1-10.

Axa achieved the highest overall satisfaction score of 83.19% - an improvement of 0.37% on the previous survey.

RSA was rated second in terms of overall satisfaction at 80.24% while Aviva Bonus came top in
