RSA reduces personal motor broker business by 35% and cuts 40 roles

Provider will downsize Belfast and Manchester operations.

RSA is to cut 40 roles in its Belfast and Manchester operations in a move to reduce its UK personal motor broker relationships by 35%.

The insurer described the development as the “next stage of the business review”, and confirmed that it would consolidate its personal broker sales and services teams by moving work currently done in Manchester and Belfast to Liverpool.

Personal broker claims managed in Belfast are also set to move to Halifax and Peterborough.
