James Hallam joins Biba
Broker is led by IBSC chair.
James Hallam has become a member of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba).
Paul Anscombe, managing director at the Seventeen Group-owned broker, is a founding member and the chairman of the Insurance Brokers Standards Council, which was established in January of this year.
