Bluefin adds to affinity team with Thistle's Dines
Second ex-Thistle employee to join the team since September 2013.
Bluefin has appointed Toni Dines as business development manager within its affinity development team.
She joins from JLT-owned Thistle Insurance Services, and has also worked at Dallas Kirkland and GRS.
In her new role, Dines will be responsible for introducing affinity scheme business into Bluefin.
