Chase Templeton buys two PMI specialists in one week
Purchases made as part of "aggressive buy and build" strategy.
Chase Templeton has acquired Glasgow-based Chartered Life in a deal the company stated was worth £2.4m in annual premium income (API).
It is the second purchase made by Chase Templeton this week – the private medical insurance specialist also bought Ealing-based SJS Healthcare Associates, which is said to be worth £2m in API.
Lancashire-based Chase Templeton stated that it has been pursuing “an aggressive “buy and build” strategy” which has seen it acquire 20 businesses and books since January
