Bollington appoints trio of new board members
Broker's finance director Simpson leaving after seven years.
Bollington has appointed Patrick McDonnell as finance director.
He replaces David Simpson, who is leaving the company after seven years. Simpson was appointed as COO, with responsibility for finance and operations, in March 2013.
In his new role, McDonnell will take on responsibility for Bollington Group (Holdings) Limited and its subsidiaries, Bollington Insurance Brokers and Bollington Underwriting.
McDonnell was previously CEO and finance director of Equidebt, and has also worked at MBNA
