Purple added six members from rival networks in last six months

Network is targeting membership of 90 by end of 2014.

Purple Partnership has added 16 new members over the last six months, six of whom transferred from other networks.

The regional breakdown of the new additions was two in the North, five in the Midlands, seven in the South and two in the East.

The latest additions to the network takes its membership to more than 80.

According to Les Brewin, managing director at the network, the plan is to expand to around 90 by the end of 2014.
