Hiscox boss calls for Flood Re changes

Masojada backing Earl of Lytton's proposed amendments to Flood Re legislation.

Hiscox chief executive Bronek Masojada has written to every member of the House of Lords, the Treasury Select Committee and other key government stakeholders to highlight “the flaws in Flood Re”.

These flaws include the fact that flood insurance will become “very expensive for too many people”, and that more than 350,000 UK homes will be excluded from accessing Flood Re.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
