Kwik Fit switches software provider from SSP to CDL

Ageas-owned broker has been client of SSP for over five years.

Kwik Fit is switching software provider, moving from SSP to CDL, Insurance Age can reveal.

The move was confirmed by spokespeople from CDL and Ageas, which owns the broker, however both declined to comment.

CDL is the technology provider for Tesco Bank, whose branded insurance products are underwritten in partnership with Ageas.

The move could also tie in with Ageas boss Andy Watson's aim of scrutinising cost bases within the company's retail businesses.

Aviva doubling down for customers, says Martin
