Toby Daley joined Plum in 2007.

Plum Underwriting has named Toby Daley as a board director in a bid to support its UK and Ireland expansion drive.

The specialist household insurance provider said Daley would continue his head of underwriting role, on top of his new responsibilities.

He has previously worked at the Royal and Economic Insurance Company and has also spent some 10 years at Hiscox.

At Plum, he was promoted to the role of underwriting manager in 2008 and became head of underwriting and claims at the start of 2013.
