Invicta expands into Essex with portfolio buy
Broker keen to make further acquisitions.
Invicta Insurance Services has struck a deal to buy the entire general insurance portfolio of Sigma Insurance Services, an independent insurance broker based in Chelmsford, Essex.
The deal comprises of property and commercial lines business. It will be completed on 1 April and sees Sevenoaks-based Invicta expand into Essex for the first time.
The broker also confirmed that it was keen to make further portfolio acquisitions.
