Gallaghers secures five-year deal with Lloyds Bank

Deal will see some 1.1m small business customers offered cover.

Arthur J Gallagher has entered into a five-year partnership with Lloyds Bank to provide insurance for its small business customers.

The deal - which Gallaghers said was exclusive - will be available to some 1.1m commercial banking customers, both online and in branches.

David Birch, sales director for UK retail at Gallaghers, who has been responsible for the Lloyds bancassurance relationship, explained: "The beauty of our model is that we should consistently provide a positive customer outcome
