Specialist provider in deal with Sussex-based Best Insurance.

UK General has struck a schemes deal with Best Insurance to provide income protection cover.

The Leeds-based specialist insurer claimed the cover included a "unique combination of areas of cover".

Among them are up to 30 days' holiday allowance between jobs, cover during a new job's probationary period and a reduced claims qualifying period of 60 days, as well as legal expenses cover up to £25,000.
