Aon delivers 12% increase in profits in 2013
Broker achieves 3% rise in group revenue.
Aon has reported total profits of $1.11bn [£674m] for 2013, a 12% rise on the year before.
The broking giant also saw total revenues increase by 3% for the year to $11.79bn [2012: $11.48bn].
The results came as it delivered a 16% rise in profits for the final quarter of 2014 to $355m [Q4 2012: $305m]. And revenue for the period rose 3% to $3.21bn [Q4: $3.12bn].
However, the firm revealed that the risk solutions division was hit by a 5% fall in operating income to $413m in the final quarter of
