Ilford broker W B Baxter achieves chartered status

Essex-based W B Baxter has been awarded chartered insurance broker status by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

The broker was founded in 1911 and has been a member of the Willis Commercial Network since 2001. It has three divisions which provide commercial and personal insurance advice and and also offer financial services to customers.

Managing director, Howard Lee, said the firm was "delighted and honoured" to be awarded chartered status. All its broking staff are members of the CII and over 50% have secured professional qualifications through examination.
