Towergate creates new customer experience role
New recruit will focus on creating consistent experience for customers.
Towergate Insurance has appointed Andrew Richmond to the new position of group head of customer experience.
Richmond joins from energy supplier SSE, and in his new role will report to Lindsay Forster, Towergate group marketing director.
