ISIS Equity Partners takes minority stake in broker Kingsbridge
Broker sets its sights on building on "niche position" in UK market.
Private equity firm ISIS Equity Partners has purchased a minority stake in broker Kingsbridge Risk Solutions, Insurance Age can reveal.
The broker - which boasts offices in Tewkesbury, Guernsey, Liverpool and Reading - said the investment would help it to "develop and grow" its business.
Kingsbridge CEO Steve Wynne confirmed: "We are looking to build on our niche position in the UK corporate insurance market, and develop more products and services for our thriving Kingsbridge Professional
