RSA merges UK affinity and personal lines broker teams

Restructure sees personal lines broker MD Jill White leave the insurer.

RSA has confirmed it is merging the UK affinity and personal lines broker teams to create one personal intermediated division.

The insurer said the unification would "simplify" its structure and allow the business to work "more effectively" with brokers and partners, as well as "leverage the relationships" that exist across both channels.
