Swinton wraps up Harrogate-based acquisition
Broker has earmarked completing another acquisition this month.
Swinton Commercial has snapped up the general insurance book of Harrogate-based Harrington Bates which will continue to trade focusing on its specialist teacher scheme.
In a statement Swinton said that the deal was its 12th and final acquisition of 2013.
The high street broker confirmed: "[It] will allow the personal clients to continue to be serviced in Harrogate while the larger commercial clients will be serviced from Swinton Commercial's regional commercial centre in Leeds."
The firm added
