UK General unveils slew of senior appointments

Specialist insurer believes schemes market offers "plenty of potential" for brokers.

UK General has made a string of senior appointments in a bid to support its 2014 expansion plans.

Former head of sales for travel at Collinson Insurance Group, Stella Jones, has joined as its new director of travel.

Meanwhile, Steve Boreham has left Templeton Insurance to join as schemes underwriter in financial and specialist risks and ex-Towergate man Christian Burton has come on board as business development manager for the south east.
