Higos buys Dorset-based John Morgan Insurance Consultants
Broker also involved in two office moves.
Higos Insurance Services has acquired John Morgan Insurance Consultants, based in Christchurch, Dorset.
The broker now has 19 branches and 21 offices. Ian Gosden, Higos managing director, said: “This is part of a step change for us. We have plans to grow the business much further in the next five years and this recent acquisition is part of that future.”
The firm has also moved its Bournemouth office to Ferndown, and is set to relocate its Calne office to “more prominent premises on the high
