Davies buys Garwyn
Garwyn CEO Artur Niemczewski to leave.
Davies Group has bought specialist liability loss adjuster Garwyn.
The insurance claims service provider stated that it will add Garwyn's scale and expertise to its existing liability business to form a full service liability and specialty offering in both the UK and Ireland.
In addition Davies claimed the move would complement its property claims management businesses.
Departure
The full terms of the deal have not been announced, however Garwyn's CEO Artur Niemczewski will leave the company.
