Brokerbility buys software provider BrokerTech
Network aiming to develop new trading partnerships.
Brokerbility has acquired Maidstone-based software provider BrokerTech Limited.
The network has purchased 100% of the company’s share capital.
David McCallum, Brokerbility group director, said bringing BrokerTech into alignment with Brokerbility Information Gateway would bring cost efficiencies and growth opportunities to both firms’ trading arrangements.
