Carole Nash's cherished car division has launched an online service in a bid to "shake up" the market.

The My Account offering helps clients manage their policies, choose preferred repairs and ease the agreed value process.

It has also been designed to provide the ability to store receipts, MOTs and insurance details in a secure, easy-to-access area.
