Third directorship change at Paymentshield
Towergate-owned business reached late stages of sales talks but deal never closed.
James Watson has resigned his directorship at Paymentshield.
According to documents filed at Companies House, Watson stood down in October 2013. Towergate has confirmed that he is still working at the company in the role of sales and marketing director.
The consolidator confirmed earlier this week that Paul Jarman had stepped down as chief operating officer in August.
These resignations are in addition to the departure of company secretary Sam Clark, who joined Lockton in May of this year.
