Manchester Underwriting buys Senior Wright Indemnity

Specialty MGA underwriter acquires Lloyd’s broker.

Manchester Underwriting Management (MUM) has bought professional indemnity (PI) specialist Senior Wright Indemnity (SWI) from its parent company.

SWI is a London Market wholesale and retail insurance broker specialising in PI, directors and officers' and financial risks for regional brokers.

MUM, which began trading in 2010 focusing on the UK and Ireland expanded last year with its London office, writing London Market international business.
