AA blocks up to 12 ghost broking attempts per day
Broker has welcomed announcement of new awareness campaign.
AA Insurance has revealed that its own fraud team blocks up to 12 ghost broking attempts every day.
The broker has welcomed the launch of a new ghost broking awareness campaign, which is backed by the City of London Police's Insurance Fraud Enforcement Department (IFED), Insurance Fraud Bureau and Crimestoppers.
The campaign includes a video which warns young drivers of the risks of being sold fraudulent motor policies.
